By email: Choose the adventure from the main menu bar or by clicking on the adventure picture. Select the date from the calendar and complete the booking request form with your full details. Don't forget to complete the details of all the group members. Submit the completed form.

By following one of the above procedures you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions for participating in one of our tours. When booking by email, there is a separate box that you have to "tick" before submitting the form.

Cancellation on your Part

• - You will get full refund, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days prior to the date of your adventure.
• - You will get 50% of your advanced payment, if you cancel your booking 3 to 7 days prior to the date of your adventure.
• - There will be no refund if you cancel your booking 2 days prior to the date of your adventure.

Important Information

• Anything unpredictable or illogical that might happen as well for its direct or indirect effects.
• Customer actions outside the rules and instructions given by the designated leader, as well as for their direct and indirect effects.
• Extra charges other that those written in our website or our brochures and were a result of booking through tour operators or our external partners.
• Any loss, or damage of personal belongings with was caused by unpredictable or illogical factors.
• Consumption of alcohol is not permitted for ages under 18 years old. In wine tasting, orange juice and water will be offered.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place.

5. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. We use the 'double opt-in' process for this. When you tick the box on the relevant page on our website to confirm that you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will send a confirmation email containing an activation link to the email address provided in the contact form. The newsletter subscription is not activated until you click on the confirmation link in the email. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before we received your request.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription, at which point it will be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remain unaffected.

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Images and text that we show on our website have either been created by Chania Adventures itself or have been bought together with the pertinent rights, or supplied by partners. If, despite our best efforts, you spot any errors (for example if you recognise yourself on a picture for which you have not given your consent), we would be grateful if you could report any such errors to us, giving us as detailed an account as possible of your concerns.
